ROADMAP
Helping this University of Nottingham Additive Manufacturing spin-out to define a prioritised range of propositions and market development roadmap based on novel material & 3D printing methods.
A horizon 1 project that explored the emerging and future needs of customers in USA, EU and ASIA in relation to after sales service and support. We developed a range of new propositions and defined a transformative 3 stage ‘strategic roadmap’ for IKEA.
This project explored new products based on a “Versatile Home” proposition for Small Space Urban Living. Through a research based innovation process we created many breakthrough concepts and generated several new patents. Products just hitting the market in Hong King first.
3M BRAND EXPERIENCE
DESIGN
A global design conference and toolkit to support the 3M CDO and global design team to explore, define and produce the 3M brand experience with meaning, authenticity and impact.
Providing expert support to an Innovate UK business coaching programme. Working with start-ups and SMEs across a broad range of sectors to help them use the full spectrum of design to improve and grow their business.
