Working with the FT's Design team to create a shared vision and change roadmap to answer the question "How can we be more of a Strategic Business Partner?"

The five star team feedback showed their appreciation for their clear vision and the roadmap that is helping change process, develop ways of working, plan new capabilities and shift culture.

ADDED SCIENTIFIC
ROADMAP
Helping this University of Nottingham Additive Manufacturing spin-out to define a prioritised range of propositions and market development roadmap based on novel material & 3D printing methods.

The project helped achieve strategic investment from two industry leaders, Brent Stucker and David Leigh, to accelerate the expansion and commercialisation of its product portfolio

BIOLIBERTY
PROPOSITION DESIGN
Bioliberty restore upper limb function by integrating soft robotics with gamified therapy. I helped them define their product and brand proposition.
Impacts include: $3m pre-seed raise for product development , set up US site in Boston, now in 24 hospitals across the US including top-ranked facilities.

A Horizon 2 project exploring Small Space Urban Living. Through a research based innovation process we created many breakthrough concepts and generated several new patents. under the value proposition "The versatile home". The projects stimulated the first ever cross-business area products and supported teams delivering a new high growth range.

3M BRAND EXPERIENCE
DESIGN
A global design conference and toolkit to support the 3M CDO and global design team to explore, define and produce the 3M brand experience with meaning, authenticity and impact.

The new toolkit has driven greatly improved brand equity measurement and supported the design team to become a more strategic business partner.

Providing expert support to an Innovate UK programme. Working with start-ups and SMEs across many sectors including AI, healthcare, robotics, etc to use the full spectrum of design to improve and grow their business.

Impacts include 641 new jobs by 2029, £23m net GVA impact by 2033; £95.4m increased turnover by 2033
